An excellent budget priced hotel on the outskirts of Albi. A car is a must.

The hotel had a plumbing problem but this was being fixed.

Clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of Cathedral and centre of Albi. Complimentary tea/coffee/water/biscuits/sweets much appreciated.

Excellent staff, clean and functional room, good sized car park, pet-friendly, early check-in.

Location not made for a pleasant stay if one does not have access to a car; The room was much too small; unfortunately, when one travels for a month and arrives from overseas, it is impossible to have small luggage; we simply did not have enough room; shower curtains and shower stalls need to be refreshed more often

Very bad organised parking for small cars. Toilet in the badrooms is mush to low, good for kids but noway practic for grown ups. Fiorst time and last time for me

The location of this hotel was great for my Christmas trip to the area, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. The room was also very clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities required for a short stay. free parking was available, which helped cut down on costs.

Breakfast was a major letdown. Despite arriving early for breakfast, most of the food options were already finished, leaving only a few leftovers that were not appetizing at all.

good breakfast, cleanliness of the room, nice attention in the room ( bottle of evian water, ). parking just in frnt of the hotel entrance. Good value for money and good buffet breakfast for a reasonable price.

Hotel is a little old fashion and has no lift but the stairs are easy to climb with luggage.

Disappointing to have no access to TV channels in English. Would be difficult to recommend to friends for a stay longer than one night.

the location was ideal, being close to main roads and it had a good-sized car park. the room was clean and cosy with a comfortable bed and a welcome tray.

The breakfast could have been better as there were only leftovers when we arrived an hour after it started. some facilities were not working, such as the lifts and the air conditioning.

The receptionist was off-hand to the point of being extremely rude. She was obviously bored with her job, not interested in people or the hotel, and generally very off-putting. She was the first person we encountered at the hotel, and we nearly walked out again. Not a good advertisement for Kyriad.

This hotel is ideally located for visitors who want to be in the heart of the city, close to a well-equipped shopping centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well lit at night. the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is adequate with a good selection of food.

Guests may experience some noise due to the air conditioning motor that can be heard even when turned off.

Very convenient location, near super markets, restaurants etc. Not in the city center however not a problem for us. Room is clean and well equiped. Good value for money.

There was a bit of confusion when checking out as when I booked via Booked.net, the confirmation e-mail stated that the room rate was charged at the day of booking. However the hotel claimed that they did not charge my card. I eventually paid with my credit card and I will need to check my bills to make sure that I am not double charged.

We arrived late ..about midnight and almost didn't get in. Nobody was there and they left a note on the front door with a phone number to call that took us four separate attempts to reach because the numbers were impossible to interpret ( hand writing) and then we got an answering machine! We got let in by a guest returning to the hotel. I was on the verge of going and looking for another hotel in Albi at midnight. Very unhappy. Room was small and cramped and halls dirty and tired. Not a peasant stay at all and smell of cigarete smoke all over the place
